DC funds many state programs through its General Fund with lottery proceeds. They support essential DC services such as education, public safety, parks and recreation, and senior and child services.
How to Claim your Winnings in Washington, DC
Did you win a prize with the latest DC lottery results? If you won up to $600 and ordered your ticket through Jackpocket, we’ll credit your account automatically. If your prize is more than $600, we’ll arrange to securely send your ticket to you so you can claim your prize.
Larger prizes will need to be claimed with the Washington, DC, lottery.
You can claim prizes up to $5,000 by mail or through specific retailers. The Washington, DC, lottery website has a list of specific Retailer Plus locations. Prizes over $5,000 must be claimed with the DC Lottery Prize Center either in person or by mail.
